Discount Waste Systems, Inc. recently hired Company Controller, Steve Richards, to run and oversee all accounting functions for Discount Waste. Mr. Richards comes to us from Waste Management of Canada with many years as their company controller. Steve was also responsible for final implementation of our new business software.
